MIA, view and hold!

Last born puppy of the litter. As soon as she was born I had already chosen her. Moka, the mother, was close to ending her broodmare career. Pedro, the father, had already given us several litters, but we had not yet kept any puppies for ourselves.

Mia, today is truly a beautiful dog, an excellent representative of the Lagotto breed.

It is never wise to praise one’s own dogs; we will always have to leave such evaluation to others. We will certainly be unreliable, in our eyes there is always something special about our creatures.

Specifically, the compliments to MIA , by the way repeated several times, were given to her by the veterinary doctor who performed the examinations for dysplasias.

This really is a beautiful dog!!

He, in the past and for several decades, worked as a veterinary doctor for the Florentine dog group. He was inside the exhibition world. We, no, are a bit allergic….. he followed breeders and was always close to the world of breeders. That is why we feel that a compliment to Mia, without being asked, spontaneously repeated several times, made by a person with a trained eye, was fair to mention.

Mia’s temperament is evolving every day. Becoming Mother will make her a little more serious. For now we enjoy her this way!

Full of contagious enthusiasm.

Rides full speed, full gas! laps on laps and then away far to come back for a few more laps around. She is happy , it shows and we along with her.

Not shy but not too exuberant either, Mia is a Lagotta full of energy! She always wants to do something more , and sometimes she does , even if it is not always the right thing. Like Pedro?

He reminds us so much of Mama Moka, and we know that with maturity and time he will be a perfect Lagotta. As lovable and adorable as Mom.
